Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
  • During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, package weight/dimensions, and destination.
  • International shipping rates and options will appear at checkout when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect address: Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be redirected. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are collected by the destination country’s customs authority.
  • Delivery times for international orders can vary significantly and are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for packages held or seized by customs.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the shipping address or modify your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.
